Strategies:

Begin one day - fasting for one day
Day 1: yogi mus, tea/water, fruit
Day 2: fruit, vegetable, nuts, tea/water
Day 3: a green day
Day 4: fruit, vegetable, nuts, tea/water
Day 5: a green day
Day 6: fruit, vegetable, nuts, tea/water
Day 7: fruit, vegetable, nuts, tea/water
Day 8: yogi mus
Day 9: a green day
Day 10: fruit, vegetable, nuts, tea/water

Meaning eat all green vegetable, blend into soup & pepper, cinnamon, ginger

Yogi mus is the blended version of the green day
Also, fruit, vegetable, nuts, tea/water never eat together, have to wait 30 minutes to eat different type
Eat time only eat one type of the same thing

And go on until u wish to stop, 10 days a cycle, not include the first fasting day

After stop, slowly eat one thing more at a day
