2 frogs (skinned and chopped, ~200–300g) 【If possible, consider choosing frogs that have died of natural causes rather than those killed specifically for consumption, in order to lessen the karmic consequences of taking life.】

Instructions 做法:
Clean and blanch frogs to remove odor.
田鸡洗净汆烫除腥。Add all ingredients except goji berries. Boil, then simmer 40 minutes.
除枸杞外所有材料下锅,大火煮沸后小火炖40分钟。Add goji berries in the last 5 minutes.
最后5分钟加枸杞。Season lightly if desired.

Most patients see a platelet rise between day 4 and 7 after fever subsides.
